Simple & Easy Guide to using NOTA



  1. Open the web page you want to edit and click "Edit".
  2. Enter your User ID and Password then click "OK".The page will change to start your editing page.


  1. Use to Create new page / delete
  2. Use to Finish Editing
  3. Use to Zoom In / Zoom Out
  4. Use to Print page
  5. Use to select and edit object
  6. Use to draw hand written lines / Use to delete hand written lines
  1. Use to stick shapes on to the page
  2. Use to type written text
  3. Use to Undo what you have made / Use to Redo what you have erased
  4. Displays user name and the type of account
  5. Sets page to limit members who can edit the page
  1. Click "Text", drag the cursor to where you want the text displayed.
  2. Enter text
  3. Change the font size and color.
    ＊Select the whole frame, this will allow you to add color to the background.
  1. Click "Insert" on the right hand corner of your page.
  2. Click "Browse" and select the photo you want.
  3. Click "Upload", the photo will appear on screen.
    ＊ Use the same procedure to paste Word files etc..
  1. Add Shapes and text to the page.
  2. Click "Move" to arrange the shapes and text to match your image.
  3. Change the color and size of shapes and text to design it so the text is easy to see.
  1. Click "Pen". Choose the color and size.
  2. Use the mouse to draw lines and write letters.
  3. Click "Eraser" to erase any mistakes.
  4. Click "Edit" when finished.
